Location: Condell Park, NSW
Employment Type: Full-time
Hours: Monday to Thursday 6:30 am – 3:00 pm, Friday 6:30 am – 12:30 pm
Salary: Up to $60 per hour, experience dependent

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Worker / Press Brake Operator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong fabrication skills, the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, and experience setting up and operating press brake machinery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate press brake machines for metal fabrication

  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

  • Fabricate, weld, and fit sheet metal components to precise tolerances

  • Measure, cut, bend, and assemble materials accurately

  • Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards

  • Maintain equipment and a clean, safe work environment

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a sheet metal worker or press brake operator

  • Ability to read and work from technical drawings and blueprints

  • Competent in MIG/TIG welding and general metal fabrication

  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
