Role Overview:
This is a hands-on role working across warehouse operations, including machine operation, loading/unloading, and customer interaction. You’ll play a key role in ensuring products are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate overhead/gantry cranes and warehouse machinery safely and efficiently

• Load and unload trucks and customer vehicles

• Forklift operation (daily use)

• Assist customers with a professional and friendly approach

• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace

• Follow and promote strict safety procedures

• Proven experience operating gantry cranes (essential)

• Current forklift licence (essential)

Mechanical Fitter - Fuel & Bulk Terminals (Site-Based)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join a well-established contractor delivering maintenance and project works across fuel, oil and grain terminal facilities. This is a site-based role focused on valves, piping systems and terminal infrastructure. You will be working in high-risk, live environments where safety, precision and reliability are critical.

In addition to maintenance services, this Brisbane based company specialises in the fabrication, installation and upgrade of stainless steel piping systems, tanks and process infrastructure, supporting industrial clients across the petrochemical, bulk storage and food processing sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site maintenance across fuel, oil and grain terminals
• Service and repair industrial valves (gate, ball, butterfly, control)
• Install and replace valves, pipework and mechanical components
• Conduct planned, preventative and breakdown maintenance
• Carry out isolations and reinstatements on live systems
• Support shutdowns, outages and project works
• Fault find and troubleshoot in operational environments
• Interpret P&IDs and comply with permits and WH&S requirements

About You

• Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter
• Experience in industrial sites, terminals or tank farms
• Background with valves and piping systems
• Comfortable in hazardous environments
• Able to work independently and in teams
• Strong focus on safety and quality
• Confined Space, WAH, EWP, Forklift are advantageous

Your Role

• Operate all machinery in the Bar department safely and efficiently

• Ensure all loads are quality inspected, tagged, and scanned before loading

• Conduct pre-start checks on machinery and equipment

• Unload racks and load according to the live load list

• Read and follow delivery preparation & loading requirements

• Use pyramid loading and ensure dunnage is kept even on all layers

• Maintain tidy loadout racks and workspace

Optional: Learn the Loadout area, a fast-paced environment coordinating product movement using the overhead crane

About the Role

We are currently seeking reliable Labourers to join a busy timber manufacturing team in Morningside. This role involves assembling timber trusses used for flooring and roofing systems. You will be working in a supportive, fast-paced environment using hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assembling timber trusses for floor and roof systems

• Operating hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as bandsaws and dropsaws

• Lifting, moving, and positioning materials safely

• Following instructions and maintaining a clean and safe work environment

About You

• Experience using hand tools, power tools, or basic machinery

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Construction Manager to join our team in Coorparoo, working on specialised meatworks construction projects, including cold rooms and overhead rail systems.

This role is ideal for someone working towards a qualification in Project Management or Construction Management and looking for hands-on experience in estimating, site management, and project delivery. The position also includes interstate travel for selected projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with estimating and cost preparation, including take-offs and supplier pricing

• Attend site visits, including interstate locations, for quoting, measurements, and scope assessments

• Support the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, and coordination of works

• Assist with on-site supervision and subcontractor coordination

• Monitor project progress, safety, and quality standards

About You

You’ll play a key role in organising workflow, keeping jobs moving efficiently, and supporting the team to deliver high-quality finishes.

Key Responsibilities

• Organise and manage daily workshop workflow

• Allocate jobs and coordinate labour and resources

• Support and guide trades staff on the workshop floor

• Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to specification

• Read and interpret fabrication and workshop drawings

• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workshop environment

About You
