About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Construction Manager to join our team in Coorparoo, working on specialised meatworks construction projects, including cold rooms and overhead rail systems.
This role is ideal for someone working towards a qualification in Project Management or Construction Management and looking for hands-on experience in estimating, site management, and project delivery. The position also includes interstate travel for selected projects.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with estimating and cost preparation, including take-offs and supplier pricing

Attend site visits, including interstate locations, for quoting, measurements, and scope assessments

Support the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, and coordination of works
-
Assist with on-site supervision and subcontractor coordination
-
Monitor project progress, safety, and quality standards
-
Maintain project documentation and reporting

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
About You

Currently studying or planning to study Project Management, Construction Management, or similar
-
Strong interest in estimating, project delivery, and site-based construction

Willingness to travel interstate as required

Strong communication and organisational skills

Keen to learn and take initiative in a hands-on role

Construction or trade experience is an advantage but not essential

We are looking for a motivated Workshop Supervisor to help run our fabrication workshop in Banyo. This is a hands-on, workshop-focused role, ideal for an experienced Boilermaker, Sheet Metal Worker or Mechanical Fitter who is ready to step up into a supervisory position.
You’ll play a key role in organising workflow, keeping jobs moving efficiently, and supporting the team to deliver high-quality finishes.
Key Responsibilities

Support and guide trades staff on the workshop floor
