BOOKKEEPER | CLONTARF

Permanent Position | Mon–Fri | 7:00am – 3:00pm
Flexible: Office + WFH

A busy insulation and construction services business based in Clontarf is looking for an experienced and reliable Bookkeeper to join their team. This is a stable, Monday–Friday role with early starts and early finishes — perfect for someone who values work–life balance and enjoys having their afternoons free.

You’ll be responsible for payroll, invoicing, data entry, and supporting the financial and administrative operations of a reputable, growing organisation in the construction/insulation industry. Hybrid work options (office + work from home) are available for the right person.

💼 The Role

  • Processing weekly payroll

  • Preparing and issuing customer invoices

  • Managing accounts payable & receivable

  • General data entry, admin, and record keeping

  • Bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial information

  • Supporting management with reporting and general office support

✔️ What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounts administration

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Experience with accounting software (Xero, MYOB, or similar)

  • Good communication and organisational skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities

📍 Location & Hours

  • Clontarf, QLD

  • Monday – Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm

  • Flexible mix of office and WFH

💰 Salary
