BOOKKEEPER | CLONTARF
Permanent Position | Mon–Fri | 7:00am – 3:00pm
Flexible: Office + WFH
A busy insulation and construction services business based in Clontarf is looking for an experienced and reliable Bookkeeper to join their team. This is a stable, Monday–Friday role with early starts and early finishes — perfect for someone who values work–life balance and enjoys having their afternoons free.
You’ll be responsible for payroll, invoicing, data entry, and supporting the financial and administrative operations of a reputable, growing organisation in the construction/insulation industry. Hybrid work options (office + work from home) are available for the right person.
💼 The Role

Processing weekly payroll
-
Preparing and issuing customer invoices

Managing accounts payable & receivable
-
General data entry, admin, and record keeping

Bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial information

Supporting management with reporting and general office support
✔️ What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounts administration

High attention to detail and accuracy
-
Experience with accounting software (Xero, MYOB, or similar)

Good communication and organisational skills
-
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
