Concreters/Steelfixers/General Labourers – Immediate Start – Yatala

$40 – $50 per hour (negotiable depending on experience)

About the Role

Spectra Recruitment is looking for experienced Concreters, Steelfixers, and General Labourers with precast experience to join a busy and well-established precast workshop in Yatala.

You’ll be working in a hands-on, workshop-based role assisting with formwork, pouring, finishing, and stripping precast elements. The role involves the use of hand and power tools and requires a reliable, physically fit team player.

Key responsibilities include:

• Precast concrete work in a workshop setting
• Assisting with formwork, pouring, finishing, and stripping precast elements
• Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Supporting the team to meet production schedules

About You

• Experience in precast concrete, concreting, formwork, or similar construction roles
• Physically fit, reliable, and safety-focused
• White Card and reliable transport
• Willing to work early starts (5:00–6:00am) and overtime when required
• Strong work ethic and a positive, team-focused attitude
