Spectra Recruitment is proud to partner with a well-established manufacturing and distribution company seeking a motivated Warehouse Machine Operator / Storeperson to join their Yatala team. Role Overview:

In this role, you’ll be operating machinery, assisting with warehouse duties, and supporting daily operations to ensure products are delivered accurately and on time. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external customers, contributing to a safe, productive, and customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate overhead cranes, warehouse machines, and equipment safely and efficiently

• Load and unload trucks and customer vehicles

• Forklift operation (high-reach or counterbalance, depending on licence)

• Work with external customers, providing friendly and professional service

• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment

• Follow safety procedures and contribute to a safety-first workplace culture

To Be Successful:

• Experience operating cranes, machinery, and loading/unloading trucks

• Previous manufacturing or production environment experience

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn

• Safety-conscious with a solid understanding of warehouse protocols

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work Monday–Friday with early starts
