Forklift/Machine Operator
Spectra Recruitment is looking for a reliable and motivated Forklift / Machine Operator to join one of our clients based in Yatala, QLD.

Position Details

  • Pay Rate: $37.98 per hour

  • Monday – Thursday: 5:30am – 2:00pm

  • Friday: 5:00am – 11:00am

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and production machinery safely and efficiently while supporting the day-to-day operations of the facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate forklifts and machinery

  • Load, unload and move materials around the site

  • Assist with production and manufacturing processes

  • Follow workplace health and safety procedures

  • Conduct basic equipment checks and report any issues

  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area

  • Work effectively as part of a team

What We're Looking For

  • Current forklift licence

  • Previous forklift and/or machine operating experience

  • Good attention to detail and a strong safety focus

  • Reliable and punctual work ethic

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Physically fit and comfortable working in a production environment

  • Manufacturing or rubber industry experience is advantageous
