With a strong client base, national reach, and an ambitious growth strategy, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new business and expand our footprint across key industry sectors.
🔍 About the Role:
You’ll take the lead in identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing long-term client partnerships, and working closely with our recruitment team to provide end-to-end recruitment solutions across both white- and blue-collar roles.
✨ Key Responsibilities:

Proactively source and convert new clients across our six core sectors

Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers

Tailor and present workforce solutions that align with client needs

Negotiate commercial terms and service agreements

Monitor market trends and track pipeline opportunities

Attend industry events, site visits, and networking functions

Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or recruitment
