With a strong client base, national reach, and an ambitious growth strategy, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new business and expand our footprint across key industry sectors.
🔍 About the Role:
You’ll take the lead in identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing long-term client partnerships, and working closely with our recruitment team to provide end-to-end recruitment solutions across both white- and blue-collar roles.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively source and convert new clients across our six core sectors
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
  • Tailor and present workforce solutions that align with client needs
  • Negotiate commercial terms and service agreements
  • Monitor market trends and track pipeline opportunities
  • Attend industry events, site visits, and networking functions

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or recruitment
