EWP HR DRIVER / OPERATOR – TRAVEL AUSTRALIA-WIDE
ABOUT THE COMPANY
You’ll be joining a well-established national business specialising in truck-mounted elevated work platforms and access equipment.
Operating across Australia, the company supports major projects across industries including infrastructure, power, renewables, telecommunications, construction and mining.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established team, receive extensive specialist training of up to three months, and build a long-term career operating highly specialised EWP equipment across projects nationwide.
Permanent Position | Up to $45.68/hr + Penalties | $126 LAHA + $25/day Travel Allowance
Looking for a permanent role where no two projects are the same?
Spectra Recruitment is looking for an experienced EWP HR Driver / Operator to join a growing team working on projects across Australia.
This is a permanent opportunity with extensive training provided for the right person. You’ll be travelling to different project locations, operating EWP equipment and working across a range of construction and project environments.
WHAT'S ON OFFER 💰
- Up to $45.68 per hour + penalties
- $126 LAHA when applicable
- $25 per day travel allowance
- Permanent full-time position
- Up to 3 months extensive training

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING 🚧

Driving and operating EWP attached to HR truck
- Travelling to project sites across Australia
- Setting up and safely operating equipment on site
- Completing pre-starts and equipment checks
- Working closely with site teams to complete projects safely and efficiently
- Following site-specific safety procedures and requirements
- Representing the business professionally while working on client sites
YOU MUST HAVE 👇

HR Truck Licence - (MR is a lower rate with chance to gain HR licence)
- EWP Ticket
- White Card

Current CPR (desirable)

Working at Heights

Confined Spaces (desirable)
- Previous construction, civil, EWP or machine operating experience
- Comfortable travelling and working away from home
- Ability to complete a driving history check
- Ability to complete a drug & alcohol test
- Strong commitment to safety
- Reliable, flexible and willing to learn
THE RIGHT PERSON
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being out on the road and doesn't want to be stuck working at the same location every day.
You'll need to be reliable, safety-focused, mechanically minded and comfortable working away from home, with the flexibility to travel wherever projects take you.
