Piling Supervisor/All-Rounder
Location: Burpengary East, QLD
Pay: $75/per hour flat rate

About the Role

Spectra Recruitment is seeking an experienced Piling Supervisor/All-Rounder to join a major piling project in Burpengary East. This hands-on leadership role will see you coordinating daily site activities, supporting piling operations, and working closely with crews to ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervising and assisting with piling operations
  • Coordinating site personnel and daily activities
  • Maintaining safety and compliance standards
  • Supporting project delivery and site productivity
  • Working closely with site management and crews
  • Ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently

About You

  • Previous piling experience is essential
  • Dogman and/or Rigging Tickets required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • White Card and relevant site tickets
  • Excavator ticket highly regarded
  • Reliable transport
