Spectra Recruitment are chasing a Project Manager with a bit of spark ✨
This isn’t your run-of-the-mill PM role. We’re talking industrial manufacturing installs (yep, meatworks), juggling projects, quoting jobs, pulling the strings behind the scenes — and every now and then, throwing the hi-vis on and running the show on-site (weekends included when needed).
If you’re organised, sharp, and not afraid to get your boots dirty, this is where you’ll thrive.

Manage end-to-end installation projects in meatworks/manufacturing facilities.

Plan, quote, schedule, and keep projects moving like clockwork.

Be the go-to on site when the action’s happening.

What You’ll Bring 🔎

Project Management chops in industrial installs (meatworks background = big bonus).
- Trade background, Boilermaker, Sheetmetal worker or Mechanical fitter, highly regarded.

Organisation and leadership skills with a can-do attitude.

Willingness to roll up the sleeves and lead from the front when needed.

Someone who can have a laugh but gets the job done.
