EWP MECHANIC – PERMANENT
$47–$62/HR + PENALTIES + $25/DAY TRAVEL ALLOWANCE + LAFHA WHEN WORKING AWAY
Introduction
Spectra Recruitment Pty Ltd are currently seeking an experienced EWP Mechanic to join a well-established equipment and heavy machinery business on a full-time permanent basis.
This is a primarily workshop-based position servicing, maintaining and repairing EWP equipment, with occasional travel required for specific jobs and projects.

Your New Role
- Routine servicing and preventative maintenance
- Mechanical fault finding and diagnostics
- Repairs and component replacement
- Hydraulic and mechanical maintenance
- Troubleshooting breakdowns
- Inspecting equipment and identifying faults
- Preparing equipment for use
- General workshop mechanical duties
- Completing maintenance records
- Occasional travel to sites for specific jobs
The role is predominantly workshop based, with travel only required when specific jobs or projects call for it.
Who Are You?
- Previous experience as an EWP Mechanic
- Strong mechanical fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience with hydraulic and mechanical systems
- Experience servicing and repairing EWP equipment
- Good mechanical knowledge
- Strong safety awareness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel when required
Desirable Tickets & Requirements:
- EWP - desirable
- MR Truck Licence – desirable
- White Card – desirable
