We're Hiring Full-Time Cold Room Distribution Operators

We're looking for hardworking legends to join our Cold Room Distribution Team. If you're after secure full-time work, great pay, overtime opportunities and don't mind working in a cool 2°C environment, this could be the perfect fit.
What's the job?
You'll be part of the team that keeps fresh milk moving, using hooks and crate trolleys to pick and move stock ready for distribution.
This isn't your average warehouse job–it'll keep you on your feet all shift!
What you'll be doing
- Picking customer orders accurately.
- Moving stacks of milk weighing 90kg+.
- Using hooks to safely pull crates.
- Working in a refrigerated cold room (around 2°C).
- Working as part of a supportive team to keep products moving.
We're looking for people who
- Enjoy physical, hands-on work.
- Can handle manual labour and repetitive lifting.
- Have good reading, writing and English communication skills.
- Are reliable, safety-focused and ready to work.
- Have experience in warehouse, distribution or cold storage environments (preferred but not essential).
Choose Your Shift
No rotating rosters here! Once you're on a shift, that's your shift.
- Day Shift: 7:30am – 4:00pm
- Afternoon Shift: 3:30pm – Midnight | +15% Shift Loading
- Night Shift: Midnight – 8:30am |+27% Shift Loading
We're also gearing up for a 24/7 operation, so there are plenty of opportunities for the right people.

- Entry-level pay of $1,259.24 gross per week (38-hour week)
