Your New Role
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, generate leads, and support overall business growth.
You will work closely with internal sales, product development, and design teams while managing digital campaigns, content, branding, and marketing performance across multiple channels.
This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing strategy with execution.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns

Drive brand strategy and lead generation initiatives

Execute paid digital campaigns and monitor performance

Create and oversee engaging marketing content

Manage campaign budgets and reporting

Work collaboratively with internal departments to align marketing initiatives

Analyse campaign performance and customer engagement data

Maintain and improve marketing systems and platforms
Who You Are
-
Degree qualified in Marketing or a related discipline
-
Minimum 3 yearsβ experience in a similar marketing role

Strong digital marketing and campaign management experience

Proven experience managing budgets and ROI performance

Creative mindset with strong commercial awareness
