Your New Role

• Manage and strengthen relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients
• Oversee project handovers and ensure clients stay informed and satisfied
• Identify and secure additional opportunities within existing accounts
• Work closely with the delivery team to align project execution with client needs
• Track activity and projects using Simpro (experience highly regarded)
• Be the go-to for your clients, providing updates, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish

Who Are You?

• An experienced Account Manager from construction, industrial, or engineering environments
• Comfortable managing large clients and complex projects with clear communication
• Practical, approachable, and solutions-focused in your client interactions
• Organised, detail-oriented, and confident using Simpro or similar systems
• Either experienced in, or keen to learn, the HV electrical industrial sector
• Looking for a stable, hands-on role where you can see the impact of your work
