Team Leader | Manufacturing

Spectra Recruitment is on the lookout for a driven and hands-on Production Team Leader to join a high-performing manufacturing business based on the north side of Brisbane. This is your chance to be part of a company that values quality, continuous improvement, and strong leadership.

Your New Role

As a Production Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on the floor — ensuring targets are met, safety is upheld, and your team is supported every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team in a hands-on, trade-based environment

• Coordinate production schedules and workflow

• Monitor performance metrics and daily output

• Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards

• Mentor and train new and existing team members

• Collaborate with management to meet project timelines

Who You Are:

• Qualified boilermaker or similar trade background preferred

• MIG and TIG experience

• Proven leadership experience in a production or manufacturing setting

• Excellent communication and team management skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
