Your New Role
You’ll be the go-to person on the floor, driving day-to-day operations with precision and passion. From coordinating production schedules to ensuring quality standards are on point, you’ll help keep the wheels turning smoothly and the team thriving.

Leading and motivating a production team in a hands-on manufacturing environment

Monitoring daily workflows, output, and performance targets

Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and streamlining processes

Providing on-the-ground training and mentoring for team members

Collaborating with leadership to meet deadlines and exceed expectations
Who are you:

Proven experience in a production or manufacturing leadership role

Strong communication and people management skills

A sharp eye for safety, efficiency, and quality

Ability to work under pressure and solve problems on the fly

Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one) is a bonus!
